At the same time, the local government actively raised some funds to advance workers' wages first, and the workers determined the amount of economic compensation through arbitration procedures.

In September 2013, more than 400 workers reached mediation agreements through labor arbitration procedures.

Since then, the workers have applied for enforcement in accordance with the contents of the conciliation agreement to the Liuhe court.

According to the application of creditors, the court of Liuhe accepted the bankruptcy liquidation case of the company in December 3, 2013 and accepted the bankruptcy liquidation case of the company in September 26, 2014.

During the trial, the court of Liuhe found that the legal representatives of the two companies were fraternal ties, and there were two companies between shareholders and the company's legal representatives, directors, supervisors and senior executives. They overlap each other, staff overlap, business premises overlap, company business and assets mix up, and have mutual guarantees. They are affiliated enterprises, so they are bankrupt and liquidated for the merger of the two companies.

Subsequently, the court began to deal with some assets seized and frozen, and realized the maximization of asset realisation value through Taobao network auction.

Zhang Qun said that considering the long duration of bankruptcy cases and the fact that assets are being realised, they have not yet entered the stage of property allocation, but the workers' economic compensation has not been fulfilled in time and will affect them.

The court of Liuhe has, after coordination, decided to pay some of the assets that have already been realised, giving priority to the economic compensation for workers.

"We released the tickets ahead of time, hoping that the workers can enjoy the Spring Festival."
