Resignation due to corruption scandal


According to foreign media reports on July 7th, due to involvement

corruption

The scandal broke and the resignation of India textile minister Ma Lan (Dayanidhi Maran) on that day again struck the government led by Prime Minister Singer.


India police hinted at 6 days that minister Ma Lan was suspected of manipulating the issuance of 2G mobile licenses during the period from 2004 to 2007 as Minister of telecommunications.

The police also accused Ma Lan of forcing a businessman to sell his share of a telecommunications company to another company closely related to him.


Local television reports said Ma Lan resigned after talks between the ruling Congress Party and Ma Lan's DMK party.

The DMK party is a political party in the ruling coalition of India.
