A few days ago, 2 textile and garment enterprises of Qingdao's snow group and Guihua Knitting Co., Ltd. were listed in the list of the second batch of white list qualification enterprises in the country. Plus the first batch of Yitai group, the 3 enterprises in the city received the white list qualification, accounting for 25% of the total number of textile and garment enterprises in Shandong Province, ranking first in the province.

As the concept of green consumption is universally accepted by global consumers, the continuous increase of green security access threshold has become a long-term trend in the international trade of textiles.

The white list is China's white list qualification certification for the Japanese market this year.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Commission of letters and commissions, the textile and garment products imported from Japan from March 30th this year must provide specific azo dye test reports, no specific azo dye undertaking and dyeing factory details.

In order to eliminate the adverse effects of this standard on the export of Chinese enterprises, the Federation of Chinese textile industry has decided to establish a white list management system and implement the whitelist qualification certification for the Japanese market after consultation with Japan. The enterprises that have obtained the white list qualification can be recognized by Japanese Importers entering the system when they export to Japan, and they are exempt from testing specific azo dyes.

The concept of white list corresponds to "blacklist".

For example, in the computer system, many software is applied to black-and-white list rules, operating systems, firewalls, anti-virus software, mail systems, application software, etc., almost all involved in the control of black-and-white list rules.

After the blacklist is enabled, users who are listed on the blacklist (or IP addresses, IP packages, mail, viruses, etc.) can not pass.
