< p > sampling shows that the types of technical trade measures affecting the export of industrial products by our main trading partners are concentrated on five aspects: certification requirements, technical standard requirements, toxic and hazardous substances limit requirements, label identification requirements, packaging and material requirements.

Under the background of the global financial crisis and the increasingly fierce international trade frictions, we must pay great attention to and actively respond to all kinds of foreign technical trade measures which are aggravated by the impact.
