"Shuyang Cup" The 9Th National Textile Industry News Award Released In Beijing

On January 16, the release ceremony of the 9th National Textile Industry News Award of "Shuyang Cup", sponsored by China Textile Industry Federation, undertaken by China Textile Federation press center and co organized by Shuyang economic and Technological Development Zone of Jiangsu Province, was held in Asia Hotel, Beijing. After the preliminary evaluation, letter review and final adjudication procedures of industry leaders organized by China Textile Federation press center and authoritative experts from universities of Renmin University of China, Peking University and Communication University of China, 6 news works of fighting against epidemic situation were finally awarded special awards, and 10 "top 10 journalists" and 10 "top 10 works" were produced.

Gao Yong, Secretary of the Party committee of China Textile Industry Federation; Chen Weikang, deputy secretary of the Party committee; Li Lingshen, vice president; sun Huaibin, vice president; and representatives of Shuyang Economic Development Zone, etc., presented honorary certificates to the winners. Shi Jingfeng, member of the Standing Committee of the Shuyang County Party committee, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of the economic development zone and deputy director of the management committee, addressed the 9th National Textile Industry News Award of "Shuyang Cup" by video, and congratulated the media reporters who won the news award.

115 people and more than 80 works from comprehensive and industrial media participated in the selection, covering 6 types of newspapers, periodicals, TV stations, news agencies, websites and new media. The contents of the selected works include anti epidemic action, resumption of work and production, poverty alleviation, NPC and CPPCC reports, typical figures of the industry, achievements of green fashion in science and technology, etc.

In 2020, facing the extremely complex external environment, all kinds of media and journalists focus on epidemic prevention and control from different perspectives, creating a large number of excellent works for the industry and society, showing the professional integrity and mission pursuit of outstanding contemporary journalists. The 9th national textile industry news award activity of "Shuyang Cup" was carried out by the press center of China Textile Industry Federation and Jiangsu Shuyang economic and Technological Development Zone to encourage, respect and recognize the media reporters.

Since 2015, Jiangsu Shuyang economic and Technological Development Zone has successively named the national textile industry news award with "Shuyang Cup". In the past six years, 43 good journalists and 144 good articles have been selected.
