Changshan Beiming (000158. SZ) announced that the company received the notice from Changshan group, the controlling shareholder, on December 1, 2021, in order to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises, improve the operation quality and level of state-owned enterprises, and adapt to the new positioning and new requirements for state-owned enterprises under the new situation. According to the requirements of the overall implementation plan for the reorganization and integration of Shijiazhuang Municipal State owned enterprises, Shijiazhuang state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) issued the notice on transferring the equity of Shijiazhuang Changshan Textile Group Co., Ltd. to Shijiazhuang state owned capital investment and operation group Co., Ltd, On November 29, 2021, the municipal SASAC transferred 100% equity of Changshan group to SDIC free of charge.

Before the transfer, SDIC did not hold any shares of the company. Changshan group directly held 455296184 shares of the company, accounting for 28.48% of the total share capital of the company. It is the controlling shareholder of the company, and the actual controller of the company is the municipal SASAC.
