GCL Energy Technology (002015): Signed Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement With Long Term Logistics

GCL energy technology (002015) announced on the evening of March 22 that the company and Beijing long term Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "long term logistics") signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") on March 22, 2022.

In order to establish and develop a long-term, stable and win-win cooperation relationship, the two sides have reached a cooperation agreement through friendly consultation based on the principles of equality and mutual benefit, long-term stability, common development, honesty and trustworthiness, and have reached a consensus on establishing a solid foundation for further in-depth cooperation between the two sides in the future.
