Shandong Huaheng Material Testing Co., Ltd., founded in 2015, has five laboratories and more than 40 sets of various testing equipment. It has the ability to inspect and test engineering textile materials such as fibers, yarns, textiles, geosynthetics, textile composites, and other functional testing projects such as flame retardant and anti-static industrial safety protection products.

The experts attending the meeting inspected the site of the center, reviewed the materials and listened to the report. After inquiry and discussion, they believed that the application of Huaheng Company met the review requirements. The laboratory hardware facilities and quality management system of the center meet the requirements and have obtained CNAS and CMA qualifications. It can provide fiber and composite materials testing, research and development, informatization and other services in the fields of roads, railways, bridges, mines, water conservancy, environmental protection and other related fields, and has certain testing capabilities in the field of its own specialty. At the same time, the construction plan of the center is specific and feasible, the supporting funds are sufficient, and the technical talent team structure is reasonable to meet its development needs. The expert group unanimously agreed that the "China Industrial Textile Industry Association Civil Engineering Fiber Material Test Center" passed the review.

The person in charge of Huaheng said that he would take the construction of fiber material testing center for civil engineering as a new starting point, further strengthen the center's software and hardware strength and personnel team construction, further improve and expand the center's testing capability and qualification scope, and further enhance the center's standardization capability and industry influence, Strive to make new achievements in the inspection, testing and research and development of fiber materials for civil engineering.

Li Guimei said that this "China Industrial Textile Industry Association Civil Engineering Fiber Materials Test Center" is the ninth test center for the construction of the industry public service platform, and also the fifth test center for positioning professional fields. Different from the comprehensive testing center, Huaheng Company is deeply engaged in the field of geotechnical and construction. It is hoped that in the future, the center will rely on Huaheng Company to serve the professional field of geotechnical and construction textiles, radiate the production and application enterprises of industrial textiles in the region and surrounding areas, and promote the high-quality development of the industrial textile industry.
