"It's finally been shipped out. It's been a long time!" On March 5, in the wool products transportation channel of Dongguan City Ring Freight Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "round the city freight"), Dalang woolen knitwear showed a smile to Guangjian. After Dalang implemented the whole area traffic control, the wool products that had been stored in the factory for the first time were packed and loaded for freight transportation, and will be delivered to customers.
The industry often says that for every six sweaters in the world, one is made in Dongguan Dalang. As one of the first batch of famous woolen sweater towns in China, Dalang has more than 16000 enterprises. After the outbreak of "2.24" new crown pneumonia, Dalang implemented traffic control in the whole area, and the import and export of goods became a difficult problem for wool weaving enterprises in the town.
From March 4, Dalang Wool Textile Management Committee, together with four major associations, including wool weaving Association and wool clothing designer association, opened a transportation channel during the period of epidemic prevention and control. After strictly carrying out epidemic prevention and killing, Dalang wool products can be delivered through specific carriers. More than a week after the "pause" button was pressed, "Zhicheng" was restarted again, "Dalang weaving" set foot on the journey, and went to all parts of the world.

Woolen goods hoarding merchants eager to deliver goods
On March 5, at dawn, near the dalangmao Trade Center, electric tricycles, vans, private cars... Two two kilometer long motorcades moved slowly, and the green bags full of carriages formed a long line.
In the transportation point, Xiang Guangjian unloads four green hemp bags from the electric tricycle, which are packed wool products. "This kind of medium-sized sacks, a bag of goods equivalent to 5000 or 6000 yuan, early delivery can reduce the pressure on stock." Xiang Guangjian said that he and his wife were busy until 3 am and 7 am in line.
At 11:00 a.m., after more than two hours' waiting, Mr. Wu carried the last wool package from the pickup truck and breathed a long sigh of relief. In order to send out all the 14 bags of goods accumulated since the epidemic, he borrowed a pickup truck from his friends and arrived at the transportation point at 8:00 a.m.
"I was very anxious a few days ago. Now it is a special period of epidemic prevention and control. It is the best result to send out the goods." As the packages were pushed onto the conveyor belt one by one by the porters, Mr. Wu's brow gradually widened.
Xiang Guangjian shares Mr. Wu's anxiety. "If we can't send out finished wool products, there will be a backlog of costs, and we will face the risk of cancellation by customers. For example, what we are doing now is spring clothes. We may not be able to sell them in a few days. We will certainly be worried."
"Affected by the epidemic situation, we are unable to start work for the time being, and the dyeing factory has not gone to work. There are still tens of thousands of unstained plain clothes in the factory, so we can only quickly send out the ready-made clothes that were accumulated years ago." Mr. Jin, who has been working in Dalang for more than 20 years, said the shipment was more urgent because of the hoarding of goods caused by the spring festival than when the epidemic broke out in December last year.

With the opening of the transportation channel of woolen products, a large number of wool weaving enterprises have come to the transportation point to queue up to transport goods.
On the first day of operation of the channel, Shen Long and his colleagues worked hard on the scene for 14 hours.
At 8:00 a.m. on March 5, after returning home for a short rest, Shen Long picked up his hand-held loudspeaker and started his new day's work.

In order to maximize the efficiency of transportation, more than 70 trucks were deployed for the transportation of Dalang woolen products during the epidemic prevention and control period. Among them, more than 40 trucks were responsible for the transportation from Dalang to Guangzhou. In addition, the company also arranged more than 100 people to ensure the normal delivery and operation of the channel.
"We are short of staff. We are still recruiting temporary workers, and we have seven more in the morning." Shen Long said that there is a large demand for on-site transportation in the transportation center. At present, almost all the personnel and vehicles are used for on-site work, so it is impossible to draw out more people and vehicles to pick up goods on site. When the epidemic situation is slightly improved, or the transportation capacity can keep up, we will consider reopening charter and door-to-door services.
"Now there are hundreds of companies waiting for charter buses. We can understand the urgency of the merchants, so we will try to meet your freight demand as soon as possible." Shen Long said.

Killing registration before packing goods
While trying to help wool weaving enterprises to deliver goods, how to ensure that the epidemic prevention and control work is not flawed is the key to the transportation work.
"There is a large demand for transportation in Dalang weaving enterprises, but the prevention and control of the epidemic situation can not be relaxed. We have observed for a period of time that the epidemic situation is basically stable in the society before opening the centralized freight channel." Chen chunnuan, Secretary General of Dongguan wool textile industry association, introduced that based on the experience of opening the transportation channel during the period of epidemic prevention and control of wool products in December last year, the operation of the transportation channel was more smooth, efficient and rigorous.
In addition to dividing tricycles, minivans and trolleys into two lanes and strictly controlling the interval between convoys, freight companies also set up code checking points (clock in points) at the intersections near the freight yard, set up waiting areas for goods delivery and receiving between the inspection points and the gates of logistics companies, and set up unloading areas in logistics companies. All goods are transported by means of connection, and must be killed before packing cars, and the standing book shall be registered.
Only when the green code information of clock in is checked at the code checking point, the nucleic acid test is negative within 48 hours and the body temperature is normal, the enterprise's shipping personnel can pass through the waiting area, the release area and the unloading area in an orderly manner, complete the billing, and finally leave according to the designated route.
After disinfection, the disinfection personnel disinfected the cab and door handle, closed the door and waited for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the driver who had checked the ID card information, body temperature, yuekang code and 48 hour nucleic acid test negative certificate and was waiting in the driver rest area outside the town could enter the connection area and drive the truck away from Dalang.
Compared with ordinary days, the transportation procedures of wool products are complicated, but most manufacturers can understand and cooperate with epidemic prevention work. "The government has opened a transportation channel for woolen products. We must be actively doing a good job in epidemic prevention, so that we can do business in a down-to-earth manner." To Guangjian.
Mr. Jin also said: "we can rest assured about the transportation of large companies, and the freight is more reasonable. If the goods can be sent out, we can also feel a little relieved. Now we hope that the epidemic situation can be ended earlier, and we can start to work quickly to deliver the remaining goods."
